The requirement in 10 TAC §10.617(g)(2) to update the Affirmative Marketing Plan every two years has been suspended.  Note that the requirement to affirmatively market is not suspended; owners simply continue to affirmatively market to the groups identified when the plan was developed. In addition, suspension of this requirement in the TAC would not change an owner’s other obligations to comply with HUD, USDA, or other funding requirements.
